Evaluation Services
Primary Services
General Documents Evaluation “Service Code A”
A General Documents Evaluation provides an evaluation of foreign academic credentials to determine the highest educational equivalent within the U.S. educational system.
It offers a review of your education, institute(s) attended, examination of documentation, equivalency, and references used in evaluation, where applicable.
Where applicable, it includes High School completion, and all College and/or University levels which may include the equivalent of a U.S. Baccalaureate, Master’s and/or Doctoral degree.
The written report is individualized and detailed, fully describing each academic credential and our findings, with an overall summary of our evaluation
Comprehensive Course-by-Course Evaluation “Service Code B”
A Course-by-Course credential evaluation expands on the General Documents Evaluation.
If the highest education level is High School, then the course-by-course evaluation includes an evaluation of the high school subjects.
If a higher level of education was achieved in a foreign country then, the course-by-course evaluation includes an evaluation of post secondary courses. It details the subjects covered as part of the academic program of study as stated on the college/university transcript of academic record. It includes a conversion of the foreign grading scale and credit system into the U.S. 4.0 Grading scale as well as semester or quarter Credit Units system. If you need lower or upper level identification, that can also be offered.
(offered only in conjunction with General Documents Evaluation “Service Code A”)
GPA Calculation “Service Code C”
If you need a U.S. equivalent GPA to be included in the report, then check this service. This service provides a U.S. grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale
(offered only in conjunction with Course-by-Course Evaluation “Service Code B”)
Application fee “Service Code D”
All applications must check this service.

Additional Services
Extra Copies; “Service Code G”
The General Documents Evaluation includes one “official, sealed” copy printed on tamper proof paper and one un-official copy for your records. If you need additional “official, sealed” copies, at the time of evaluation, please mark the number of copies required. Most educational institutes and other agencies generally require “official, sealed” copies to ensure that the integrity of the report is not compromised.
Extra Copies, after initial evaluation; “Service Code H”
We maintain your records on file for at least 7 years. If at any time during that time frame you require additional copies of your evaluation, please notify us and we can send you additional “official, sealed” copies. You do not need to re-send us your records again.
Return of Evaluation/Records by courier mail (U.S. only); “Service Code I”
Return of your educational records and evaluation by courier mail. U.S. only.
Return of Evaluation/Records by courier mail (outside of U.S.); “Service Code J”
Return of your educational records and evaluation by courier mail. Outside of U.S.

We understand that sometimes you have a deadline to meet. For this purpose we offer you the opportunity to have priority put on your file for evaluation purposes.

We also offer 5 days (“Service Code O”) and 10 days (“Service Code P”) rush services.
All fees for Rush service must be paid either in Cash, Cashiers Check, Bank Check or Money order.

Profession Services
Immigration Evaluation Service; “Service Code R”
This performs an evaluation for INS (U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service) for various U.S. Visa purposes. This evaluation in addition to the educational records evaluation also includes an evaluation of your work experience.
Nursing Verification “Service Code R”
This service is required for the Nursing Evaluation verification process. This service must be added to the General and Course-by-Course services when requesting Nursing evaluation.
Translation Services
Translation of supporting documents; “Service Code T”
Translation of supporting documents (e.g. Diploma, degree Certificate, etc)
A good rule of thumb is that:
- if your documents are in a language other than English
- you do not have official English translations for these
then this service must be requested along with “Service code A”
We offer translation of documents for several languages. For languages that are supported by us (e.g. Spanish, Russian, Chinese, several Indian languages, etc.) we can perform the translation of documents. This is generally a less expensive way than getting a word for word translation done. This translation is used internally for evaluation purposes only and the client does not get an official word for word, translated document.
Translation of Transcripts/Mark Sheets; “Service Code U”
Translation of transcripts and mark sheets (1 fee for every 55 subjects/courses).
A good rule of thumb is that:
- if your documents are in a language other than English and
- you do not have official English translations for these and
- you are requesting “Service code B”
then this service must be requested along with “Service code B”
Verification of Translation; “Service Code V”
In some instances we may be able to verify a translation done by a translator outside the U.S. In this case, instead of charging for a new translation, we might be able to verify this translation.
Secondary Services
Revision of prior Evaluation; “Service Code X”
If you need to revise a translation (e.g. name change, purpose of evaluation), then utilize this service code. Note: Evaluation of additional records does not fall under this category
Minimum cancellation fee; “Service Code Y”
If the evaluation is cancelled after the application has been submitted then there is a minimum cancellation fee. If the evaluation process has already begun then the fee will be higher, up to the entire fee amount. |
